Return, Refund & Cancellation Terms
RETURN POLICY
We check every product before sending, if product were damaged in shipment, then customer must return the product to us and also pay return shipping charges and handling charges for replacement of product.
If still product is not working in customer place after replacement, then we are liable to pay maximum amount as displayed below per order. In that case customer must written apply and return the product in unused condition for refund within 14 days after payment, no claim will entertain in any manner after 14 days.
For CD ₹30/-, DVD ₹50/- , Dual Layer DVD ₹130/-, 8GB Pen drive ₹400/- and 16GB Pen drive ₹500/-.
All decision of ShadowZ is final.
REFUND POLICY
If paid by Credit Card / Debit Card, refunds will be issued to the original Credit Card / Debit Card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
If paid via direct bank transfer ( RTGS / NEFT / IMPS ); refund will be done to the bank account from which amount is transferred.
CANCELLATION POLICY

When we start processing an order we will send you an email where status will be updated to Processing. All cancellation request should receive us before we start processing the order. There will be a minimum time of 24 hours before we start processing an order. Cancellation request received after this will be rejected.
NB:- Cancellation request received with in 6 hours from placing of order will receive full refund. For requests received after 6 hours, 3% of total bill amount will be deducted as cancellation charge.
